This book pulled me in right away. While it might not have been super festive, it was real. All the feelings were there, the love, loss, family drama. The Christmas spirit was there when it needed to be, when it mattered the most. I did skim over the bedroom scene, it didn't really feel needed, I wanted to get back to the main story. All in all this was a good introduction to Cringle Cove. I think this is the first book of Kristen's I have read, and I will surely look up more.

I really enjoyed Poppy and Roan, and who wouldn't fall in love with Grace. The story wouldn't be the same without her. A big part of me hopes HJ decides to write the others' stories too! Jake and Ivy, Brad, and Greyson! It could be magical, hint hint! Even a prequel with Mom and Dad's story! Oh the possibilities. Not only do you fall in love with this town, but you fall in love with the family.

I really enjoyed this one. I have not read anything by this author before but I am loving her style.
Brother's best friend, family support, celebrity status, drama, oh the drama! I was hooked. Cringle Cove is a small town where everyone knows everyone else, so I loved seeing the characters from the other books also. These do NOT need to be read in order, I actually read this one last.

Cute second chance holiday read! I really love this little town and the people in it. AD's addition to the series fits perfectly!

I love Cringle Cove and the coffee shop setting, I just had a hard time connecting to the Characters in this one, not sure why. It is still worth the read though!

If it could go wrong for Shaine it did. Karma though, for real. She was so negative about EVERYTHING, why did she even come home if she was going to be such a B about it. Anyways, moving on. Max, you can't help but love him. Shaine and Max's story was good, I still wonder why he loves her so much, but he does. Great second chance Christmas read.
