Fight For Vengeance is a perfect FBI thriller with a paranormal twist. Elise Marion took two of my favorite genres and combined them in a suspenseful, sexy, thrill ride. Two things...1. Mateo is HOT. 2. Fans of The Guardian Series will be thrilled to know that Sexy Jack guest stars in this series too! Without says anything else, that alone is worth the price of admission.

OMG. I read this in one sitting. Yes, it's that great.
The action sequences in the book vividly played out before my eyes. The author, Elise Marion, knows how to draw in the reader and make you a part of it all. I felt the swoosh of air before the punch landed. And the SEX....the hotness meter blew up!!!!
Now as to the developing story... We peel back Melody's layers and get her backstory - the gritty, ugly truth of it all. Despite all the hardship this girl has been through she is one of the toughest MCs I have come across.
Mateo is also closing in on Korenic. The explosive battle left me breathless. I love how Elise Marion paints such fluid, vivid fights. She knows how to suck me in.
Can't wait for the final showdown in Book 3.

I cannot say enough great things about this series. It has it all; action, drama, suspense, demons, guardians, angels, lust and romance. It's goes from white knuckle grip the kindle action to blushing, hot sexiness.
My favorite character in the series is Melody. The girl has moxy. Despite all the crap life has thrown at her, she never quits. Her character evolves through the series too. She does what she has to do to survive. Love her strength and self preservation.
The final installment had all the feels. Chapter 18 left me a blubbering mess. Elise Marion left me wanting more Operation Underworld adventures and longing for more Guardians too.

I first picked up a pen with with dreams of writing at the age of 12. Sitting at a little desk in front of my bedroom window, I wrote (by hand with pencil and paper) my first novel. It wasn’t very good, but I’d never been more proud of anything in my life. I’ve been writing ever since, and have found a love of romantic stories both sweet and sensual.
When I’m not wrangling my three rambunctious kids, or spending time with my retired Army husband, I’m stretching the imagination with stories of people from all walks of life (and worlds) falling in love.
I love coffee, chocolate, music (listening and singing), shoes, jewelry, and food! I am always in the kitchen whipping up something new or watching the pros do it on TV. You can often find my characters eating or cooking something delish and sucking down mass quantities of coffee.
