And if you've seen my show then you also realize that I listened the the Audible series backwards. Yep, I started with Book 3. Oops. The stories still made perfect sense so at least there is that.
Monster Hunter

Mason Dixon is a verified internet celebrity. Yet his vlog is just a ruse to spread disinformation so he can secretly relocate endangered cryptids. But when Mason and his camera operator Emma find themselves on a dragon-like gowrow's bad side, calling cut won't save them....
Barely subduing the volatile creature, Mason and Emma are stunned when the lair contains gowrow eggs. While transporting the creature's spawn across county lines is illegal, the law has never stopped Mason before. But when the precious cargo starts hatching, the monster-hunting duo's latest rescue could end up too hot to handle.
Can Mason save the endangered beasts before he becomes extinct?
Book 1 Review
I grew up hearing old wives tales about things that go bump in the night or roam woods the woods at night. I always thought it was just my grandma's way of getting me in the house at dark. Eric Asher has taken those wild tales about bigfoot, the giant panthers, and others to create this new wild and crazy series. It's like the show Paranormal Caught on Camera but on steroids with claws, fangs, and sometimes fur! I love the MC. Mason's snark and humor are classic Asher traits. And I am adding getting snockered with a sasquatch to my bucket list!
The narrator, Joel L Froomkin, is perfect! I can picture myself right in the thick of things.
The Wampus of Reeds Spring

They are the first line of defense against the things that go bump in the night.
They are the keepers of a centuries-old legacy of The Church defending the world against the forces of darkness.
They are a bunch of highly armed rednecks, internet video celebrities, soccer moms, and assorted broken nutjobs.
They are the new Templars, and things are about to get weird.
Mason Dixon, the internet superstar and cryptic hunter from the woods of Missouri, is back with a new adventure, new monsters to hunt, new video to shoot, and new mysteries to unravel! Mason and his much more sensible sidekick Emma re investigating a series of monster attacks when, as usual, they find much more than they bargained for.
Can Mason figure out how to build the easy-up tree stand?
Can they survive the fearsome Wampus?
Will they get enough cool footage to keep Himari happy?
How much gear can they destroy on one expense account?
The answer to all these questions and at least one more are hidden with The Wampus of Reeds Springs!
Mason Dixon, Monster Hunter is a series of comedy fantasy novellas set in the popular Bubba the Monster Hunter universe. These urban fantasy novellas, like Bookshots, are short, quick comic reads perfect for commutes or short plane rides.
Book 2 Review
I love Mason's quick wit and humor along with Emma's snarkiness. The New Templars Novellas are an addicting quick thrill!
Joel L Froomkin as the narrator is amaze balls!

They are the new Templars, and things are about to get weird.
From the pages of Bubba the Monster Hunter comes a new series featuring the Hunters from around the United States hunting down monsters, fighting off supernatural baddies, and making life really, really bad for the things that hunt people.
Now Mason Dixon is back, and this time his problems are bigger than ever!
Like, dino-sized!
The sasquatch is on his side, the zigmals are cute, and the gowrows are downright adorable, but when Mason Dixon and his sidekick Emma run afoul of not only a dinosaur, but also MoMo the Missouri Monster, he's in for the fight of his life!
The New Templars novella series is a new series of short novels, similar to BookShots. Mason Dixon - Monster Hunter is the first in the series by popular urban fantasy and steampunk author Eric R. Asher.
