I am obsessed with all things Kelly Martin.

I am tearing through her books like they are the air to my lungs. I have watched all her YouTube videos, ordered the books she recommended, joined her fan club, you name it.  I am in full STALKER MODE!  If you enjoy reading spooky tales and watching shows like Supernatural and Ghost Adventures THIS SERIES IS FOR YOU!  Abel and Elise are the new Ed and Lorraine Warren for this generation.

It all begins with Dark & Deadly Things (Book 1).

It is a strange feeling in life to watch your ghost hunter of a father live on TV while eating popcorn next to your dead mother.

That’s not entirely true. It is a strange feeling to be sure and my mother is most assuredly dead. But she isn’t next to me. She’s across the room, standing between the old mahogany grandfather clock that needs to be dusted and the old cabinet television that belonged to my grandma in the eighties. It doesn’t work anymore, the television that is. Now the cabinet is used as a stand for the newer TV version, one that you don’t have to get up and change the channels on.

I watched them die. I watched them all die, and I could say nothing as my father was accused of the crime. Only he didn't do it. The black shadow did... only no one will ever believe me.

And then there is Abel Hale. His entire family died at the hand of the black shadow, and he thinks I can help him get revenge.

If I could do that, I'd already gotten it. As it is, I go with Abel because it is the easiest thing to do.

Nothing is ever easy.

Seeing ghosts is a curse, but Abel's curse is something I never expected, something I fear.... something I can never trust.

Only he's all I have.

And I'm the only thing standing between him and the truth.

The complete series is a 5 STAR read!

During the last few weeks I read the complete 5 book series and now I do not know what to do with myself. Kelly Martin delivers a spine-tingling, thriller in the Dark Things series. The final installment, Dark & Dangerous Things, did not disappoint. The tense builds from page one to a white knuckle ending that left me speechless. If ghosts, hauntings, and demons (oh my) are your thing, then check out this creeptastic series!

You are hooked, right?

Let the #oneclick heaven begin!  The entire series is available on Amazon and you can read it for FREE in KU. Click here to begin the nightmare!

My favorite book in the series is

Book 3, Dark & Dreadful Things!  Check out my review.

The sign of a well written ghost story is when even on paper it leaves you haunted and scared. This one left me spooked! My husband knocked something other on his nightstand and I almost jumped out of bed, lol. I was very tense reading this installment and I loved every minute of it. Dark & Dreadful Things (Bk3) is my favorite in the series. Abel and Elise are the new Ed and Lorraine Warren.

Kelly Martin is the master of ghost stories.

Kelly Martin lives in a possibly haunted house in a small southern town. While she'd like to say paranormal things have only happened to her at her home, it would be a lie...

She is an international #1 best selling author in horror, paranormal, contemporary, historical, young adult, and mysteries. All of Kelly's books have one thing in common-- imagine the real world is tilted slightly on its side. You don't really know what's going on, what's missing, but there is a tilt, a hum you can barely hear, telling you that something is off.
