When I read E.M. Rinadli's debut novel in 2016 I knew she was had something special. She ensnared me with the Prologue in Evading the Dark. I devoured the follow up, Hiding till Dawn. Then Rinaldi tried to kill me with the final installment in The Cross Chronicles, Chasing the Sunrise. If you follow the series then you know that despite their unbreakable bond, Casey and Cedric have a trying relationship to say the least. This final installment tests them like no other. I cried.
