Welcome to Havenwood Falls, a small town in the majestic mountains of Colorado.
A town where legacies began centuries ago, bloodlines run deep, and dark secrets abound.
A town where nobody is what you think, where truths pose as lies, and where myths blend with reality.
A place where everyone has a story.

I loved this introduction to Havenwood Falls! It explained the town, wards, and SHOWED how it works.

This book wasn't bad, but it was lacking in my opinion. I know it was a novella so length wasn't an issue for me, but how it was used was. I was really hoping for more background and less description. We didn't really need to know all the ins and outs of the cabin, or HOW wolf shifters shift. Most people who read PNR are pretty in the know on the hows. Unless there was a huge difference in how it worked in this series.
The story line wasn't bad but felt rushed at the end. So many unanswered questions. What about the unknown wolves in the forest that night? Nothing ever came of that. Hopefully we learn more later on. On to the next in the series!

I love this! I had started off by reading out of order, which wasn't horrible but I kept getting teased with hearing "So and so's story" so here it is! Aster and Reeves story! AAAAHHH What a story it was.

Wow, wow, wow!
I have been seeing Randi's name around for a bit now and just haven't gotten to read anything of hers. I am totally adding her to my list. This story was intense! There was NO guessing the ending, like who would have ever thought?!?!?! Loved every minute of it.

I really enjoyed catching up with the Kasun's after reading A Pack of Lies:. Even thought it was another generation it wasn't all at once. Willa has so much on her shoulders, I loved watching her come into her own. Even when it wasn't what was popular or what the pack wanted. I can't wait to read more!

Morgan is a new to me author but I like her style! Macy had to battle with her inner hunter before she was ready, which of course scared her! The Havenwood Falls High series is geared more for well High Schoolers lol but it shows the struggles we ALL had in school. Trying to find ourselves and our purpose in the world. Budding relationships, friendships and the relationships with our parents. The towns wards are put to the test also! Loved it.

I had a really hard time connecting with this story. It took me 3 days to read something that would normally take me like 2 hours. The last quarter of the book had me captivated though! Wow what an ending.

I devoured this! I even skipped cooking to finish it. Thank goodness hubby wasn't feeling the best to complain LOL
Havenwood Falls never fails to amaze me. It doesn't matter what order you read the books, they fall together so well anyways! I did read this one prior to the sequel The Ward & the Wanderers: but it says that it is a sequel right in the beginning. On to read that one now! I love Tahini and can't wait for more.

Loved this book so much! Being new to town, school and everything else then finding out you are special. Meeting family you never knew about and just all around goodness. Grandpa is something else but he has his reasons, no matter how biased they are.

LOVE!
Wow, this was a different take on Havenwood Falls. Less about the town and everyone in it and more about the bears! I loved learning about the difference in black bears and the "lesser" cinnamon bears. Lila is a new to me author but I love her style! There was SO much in this novella. I can't wait to read more from her!
